绿色蔬菜佐以芝麻和柳橙片

原料

1 ½ 磅 绿色蔬菜(芜菁或芥菜、商苣等)洗净
适量的橄榄油炒菜用
1 瓣 大蒜,剁碎
½ 杯 烤干的芝麻粒或芝麻粉
1 个 柳橙,切片(装饰用)

作法

  • 将绿色蔬菜蒸到几乎燘熟。
  • 起锅热油,用温火将大蒜和绿色蔬菜炒匀。
  • 在每一份餐点上,洒上汤匙的芝麻粒或芝麻粉,最后将装饰用的柳橙薄片排在最上面或盘边。

1 orange, sliced (for garnish)

Directions

  • Steam the greens until barely wilted.
  • Heat oil and briefly saute greens with garlic.
  • Sprinkle one heaping table spoon of sesame seed meal on each serving and garnish with orange slices on top or around edges.
